At Happy Bears Early Years Ltd, we offer flexible session options to support families while providing a calm, structured routine for children. Our fees are clear, transparent and designed to give parents choice around funded and non‑funded hours.

Opening Hours

Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm Term Time Only

Session Times

• Early Drop-Off / Breakfast Club 8:00am – 8:45am Includes a healthy breakfast for all children attending.

• Morning Session 8:45am – 11:45am

• Afternoon Session 11:45am – 2:45pm

• Full Day Session 8:45am – 2:45pm

• Extended Collection 2:45pm – 4:30pm Includes a light tea option for children attending.

These sessions provide a consistent routine while allowing families to choose the hours that work best for them.

Fees

Privately Paid Childcare

Our standard hourly rate for non‑funded childcare is: £9.00 per hour

This applies to children who are not eligible for funding or families who wish to purchase additional hours beyond their funded entitlement.

Optional Extra Sessions

These sessions can be paid for privately or covered by remaining funded hours (subject to eligibility and availability):

​

• Early Drop-Off (Breakfast Club): £7.50 per session Breakfast included.

• Extended Collection: £15.00 per session Light tea included.

 

Optional extras are not required to access an Early Years Funded Entitlement (EYFE) place.
